Can't Get the Table Spreadsheet Macro to Work

I am trying to incorporate the table spreadsheet macro onto a page I am designing, but the data within the table I'm inputting never seems to save.

Once adding the macro, I add my data, then go to hit file > save > the tick icon. However, when I click out of the macro and go to preview my page, a message pops up saying "attachment not found" and all my data is lost.

Any ideas?

Many thanks!

Hi @Oscar Todman ,

The Table Spreadsheet data is saved as an attachment to the page. Please check if you have permissions to add attachments to this specific page (attach a Word file, for example, and check if you see it in the list of page attachments).

The Table Spreadsheet macro attachments should be seen as Spreadsheet_date.render and Spreadsheet_date.tfss files (a pair of files for each Table Spreadsheet macro).

And you may also try to insert a new Table Spreadsheet macro and add some dummy data in your personal space where you have all the permissions by default.

Do your colleagues encounter the same issues with the macro?

If the issue persists everywhere, you may check your browser console for any errors and refer to our support.
