Can an admin export all of the content on Confluence to PDFs?

HI! Our division is shuttering our doors and our headquarters would like us to pull all of our content out of Confluence into .pdf or Google docs.  We would prefer not to have to export each page individually. Does anyone have a solution for exporting an entire Confluence wiki at one time?

Hi Angie,

you have different ways to tackle this. Let me start with a few documentation pages to read:

  1. Export pages to Word/PDF and spaces to PDF, HTML and XML
  2. Create a site backup
  3. Migrate a Confluence Cloud site to an existing cloud site
  4. Migrate from Confluence Cloud to a different platform

 

So everything is possible from exporting single pages, collection pages, whole spaces or the whole site. Even migrating to a different site or platform (Server, Data Center) is possible. I'll just leave this here and would recommend discussing all the options with the team/the headquarter. :)
