Any idea how "featured" Confluence template category is defined?

Edited

Hello,

an improved experience on Confluence templates is currently rolled out by Atlassian.

One of these improvements is related to new categories defined on templates (Featured and My Templates).

Do you have an idea how "Featured" category is defined on these templates? Currently it looks like it is applied to all our "Custom" templates...

This is the "promote" feature, go do your templates and click the "promote" and then it is part of the featured ones ;)

Thank you for your answer. I could indeed find this "Promote" option on Confluence templates created at space level. However, I am talking here about "Global page templates", available for all spaces, and there is no "Promote" option for these global templates. In our instance, we have 26 "custom" templates, which are all categorized as "featured" as well. Does it mean that any custom template is automatically categrorized as "featured"?
