Admin not available

I can log in to my confluence site, but I'm not allowed to access admin functions (which I should have). What's going on?

If you're using OnDemand, you have a limited range of admin rights - is that what you mean? Or is it all the admin functions? If it's all of them, could you check what groups you are in by looking at your user profile?

The site is here: https://ornlwiki.atlassian.net/

I am the Admin for the entire site. When I try to invite a new user, the site prompts me to authenticate with my username and password.

Even after resetting my password, I am unable to access the admin function of inviting a user.

Does this help?

Thanks!!

Is it just the "invite user" function? Or other admin stuff too?

Could you check what groups you are in by looking at your user profile?
