I created a new work space in Confluence and added the appropriate team members all at the same time. However, one guy has not received his email to join... I did it at the same time so it makes no sense to me. Suggestions?
Related I went to make a lead a "site admin" and found where to do so but it hasn't updated with his new role. Does it take awhile to update?

In this case, we need to check whether the email is bounced at our end which is actually handled by our Support Team and regarding the new role update, it may take a while to reflect changes. Sometimes, it doesn't get updated so we need to check the logs. I have therefore created a support case for you, and we will investigate this further. Let's continue the discussion there.
