Access denied to confluence since we signed up for Trello

We are a team of 2 and signed up to Trello. Afterwards we were unable to log in to confluence as it wants us to request access again. As we are both admins we are both locked out of confluence and are unable to grant access for ourselves. (Hope that makes sense?) We need help urgently as our whole company is basically blocked by that.

@Matthias HuberAccess to both Trello and Confluence is through your Atlassian Id.

The first thing to try is to log out of Trello and open an incognito browser window and try to do a fresh login into Confluence, using your original credentials.

If that does not work, I would contact Atlassian support.
