"Create Issue" should infer ticket body from highlighted text

When I am in Confluence and I have a block of text that looks like this:
Heading: project name
- body: details #1
- body: requirements
- body: questions
- body: irreverent joke
If I highlight this text block in Confluence and click Create Issue, then it should choose the heading as the ticket name and everything below the heading as the ticket description
