How to disable Confluence product from my account

Hi,

 

  Unknowingly i enable the Confluence along with my JIRA Account. Now i need to disable the same. But i am unaware that where i can perform this in JIRA Account. Help and sort out the same.

Hi @Sundaresan ,

Are you talking about disabling it only on your account or for your instance?

If for your instance-

  1. On your cloud site, go to Administration> Billing > Manage subscriptions.

  2. Look for the product you want to reset (Jira or Confluence), select the 3 dots for more options, and then select Delete.

  3. Enter the word DELETE into the field. 

This will delete Confluence, the whole site, so be careful.

If you want to take your product access away, have an admin remove product access for you by taking you out of the default access group.
