How can I authenticate users to a specific confluence page through C# code using confluence API

Hi, 

I have a confluence page and the user A has view access to the page, Now through an API call I like to call this page from my C# code with URL, Username and Password.

The authentication should happen through code, I don't want the user to sign in manually.

Is there any Confluence API call?
