Can we use forms to help set up documentation?

I am supporting a product that offers many integrations. I'd like to help each of the PMs running the integrations to help our team by getting them to fill out a form.

 

1. Is it possible to turn any of those responses into documentation?

 

2. Further is it possible to update... say a Google spreadsheet (connected to Google Forms) that would prompt an update to Confluence pages?

 

If not, is there at minimum an integration between a viable forms product and Confluence so I can address the first part of my query?
