Jira Macro Support on Confluence Mobile!

Hi Atlassian Community

My name is David Akinyemi, and I’m the Product Manager on the Confluence Cloud Mobile Engagement Team. We’ve listened to customer feedback about how difficult the Jira Macro was on Confluence Mobile and are excited to announce that an improved Jira Macro experience has shipped to 100% of customers.

:calling: A better Jira Issue Macro is now on Confluence mobile!

  • We’ve updated the mobile backend template and removed the tap to load experience for the Jira Issue Table
  • There’s now no need to load anything! Simply tap the issue links to view them directly in a browser

Download Confluence Mobile to check out our new feature, and let us know what you think!

Thanks for that. But are you working on supporting all the other macros that are currently still unsupported? As it is the Mobile app is close to useless if you use macros to create rich content. The end users simply see a lot of "Tap to load" placeholders. Most users will quickly loose interest and move on when they see this.

It seems a good tool.
Let's give it a try  ;-)
