Hello Confluence Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am currently facing with my Confluence space.

It appears that my space with the URL https://vulcis.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MER has disappeared. I have been using this space regularly, and its sudden absence is causing a disruption in my work.

Could you please investigate and assist me in recovering my space? I rely heavily on the content and collaboration within this space, and any prompt help to restore it would be greatly appreciated.

If there are any specific details or actions required from my end to facilitate the recovery process, please let me know, and I will promptly provide the necessary information.

@Jonas Teixeira have you checked that the space was not mistakenly archived by you or an admin on your instance? You can search for the archived space and restore it following the directions below. Let us know what you find.

Restore an archived space

  1. Select Spaces in the Confluence top navigation.

  2. Select View all spaces at the bottom of the dropdown to go to the Space Directory.

  3. Select Archived in directory's navigation.

  4. Find your space and click the "i" info icon to the right of the star.

  5. Select Space settings.

  6. Select Edit Space Details.

  7. Change the Status field from “Archived” to “Current.”

  8. Select Save.
