Dudas técnicas - soporte oficial

Hola a tod@s!!

hace poco que uso Trello,  quisiera hacer algunas consultas técnicas para saber si vale la pena tener el premium, es decir, antes de contratar el servicio quiero saber si puedo hacer algunas cosas con Trello.

Es por ello que me gustaría saber si hay algún canal oficial en español para hacer consultas técnicas, con algún técnico de Trello ( no hacer consultas a usuarios como nosotros), algún correo, o teléfono o poder hacer video llamadas, etc...
