Slack for Compass
Hello, wonderful Compass beta users!
Shu from Compass here. Today, we’re happy to announce that the first version of the Slack app for Compass is now available. You can share a link to a Compass component in any Slack channel or a direct message to a user and the link will unfurl to reveal important information on the component such as; the owner, description, when the component was updated and by whom, and more. To get started, install the Slack app on Compass and make sure you’ve got it configured. Ensure that you’re an admin on the Slack organization you want to connect with Compass, and that you’re an admin on Compass. Once the Slack app on Compass is installed and configured, you can begin sharing an unfurled component link. Learn more about getting started with the Slack app here.
