Introducing the Snyk app for Compass!
Hey everyone Josh here from the Compass product team and today I'd like to introduce you to the new Snyk app for Compass! 🎉
After installing the app and connecting to Snyk, Compass will automatically discover all Snyk targets that match any repository links found on components. The app will then add new metrics for the number of open critical or high severity issues/vulnerabilities found by Snyk that you can use with Compass' scorecards. The integration will also plot any critical issues found on the Compass activity feed alongside your other deployment, incident, and alert events for a holistic view of your environment. The data from Snyk is refreshed hourly and the app will continuously monitor for new repository links added to continue bringing Snyk data into Compass. Combined with Security in Jira, detecting, triaging, and remediating vulnerabilities has never been easier!
