Build metrics are back for the Bitbucket Cloud app for Compass

Hey everyone, Josh here from the Compass product team. Just a quick public service announcement that Build metrics for the Bitbucket Cloud app are now working again! We had temporarily disabled this while investigating a more scalable solution. All components with Bitbucket Cloud links should again have the "Build time" and "Build success rate" metrics displayed, and we have also backfilled and processed recent build events so that existing components will see these metrics with historical data.
