Two Notification Bell Icons showing in Bar

Hi,

I just logged in my profile and found two bell icons showing in the bar instead of one. 

Please see the screen shot below for reference along with the highlighted issue.

Not sure but next day it was sorted. Looks like it was an intermittent issue.
