could not find UI helper 'Atlassian.Bitbucket.UI' error while cloning. solutions please

I just had this and within a day of yourself. The issue seems to be a bug in the credential manager that comes with Git for Windows. The workaround is to roll back your git version it seems. I found this article: Fix Git: Warning: could not find UI helper GitHub.UI on Windows (code2care.org)
