I have a team of 6 people and we are using bitbucket. The maximum ammount of people allowed is 5, so I purchased a license. Now I'd like to activate my license, and to do so, I need the server ID of my bitbucket server. I'm looking for it but I can't find it. Here are the instructions that are displayed to find that ID:

To get your Server ID:

  1. Log in as a Bitbucket administrator
  2. Click on the Settings icon
  3. Click on the Licensing link (under 'Settings')
  4. Your Server ID is listed in the Server ID field

I looked every where for the Licensing link under settings, I just can't find it. I'm hosting the repository on bitbucket servers by the way. If someone can help me I'd appreciate it, and even more if you provide screenshots :)

Hi @James Bohbot

I just checked it and this is the right place to find it. I also have admin permissions. Perhaps, you can provide us with a bit more details and a screenshot as well.

Alternatively, if you have access to the database, the 'Server ID' of your instance can be verified as below:

select * from app_property;

Hope it helps.

Ivan.
