I m trying to download all bitbucket invoices for 2018.
it is a request from my accountant.
Where can I find them?
Hi Guillaume, welcome to the Community!
Invoices can be found at https://my.atlassian.com/product. Note that if you're on the free plan you won't have any invoices, as you're getting the service for free.
Let us know if you have any questions,
Ana

This link brings back my JIRA and Confluence invoices, but not BitBucket. Where are they? And why are your systems still not properly linked?

I finally figured out that you have to be the primary technical contact to have access to invoices.
"As a primary technical contact, you can access current and future orders and invoices, and manage your linked Atlassian products."
Besides that, this is not logical, it's interesting that even support does not know about it.

@Alexander Greim any idea how to become the primary technical contact? I'm the administrator but there's no way I can access the invoice history (atlassian support will not answer my questions)

In my case, the colleague that created the account had to transfer the role.

This is as old/inaccurate link for BitBucket bills.

The link work for me. If you are a primary billing and technical contact, invoices are under Orders / tab Invoices.
Jira and Confluence are under Licenses

Trying to locate where to view bills or billing contacts in Atlassian is more difficult than climbing Everest. You can certainly stumble into where those things are NOT located but the 1 esoteric deep link that @mreisi posted is where you need to go, good luck finding the path from the standard login.

Seriously, I'm going to move to another git repo, they all cost the same, but the others (gitlab, github, even devops) billing is way easier.
FIX IT!!!

Glad I'm not the only one. This shit is ridiculous

As a technical contact I receive invoices by e-mail, no more thinking about this painful page where to find....

What I find funny is that Atlassian customer experience is so messed up that I end up visiting this page every month to find the invoices.

Me too. The accountant regularly calls me to ask what NEPOSCHGUSD 00000 PL2411NL etc... means on our bank statement.
And why can't I access my bitbucket invoices from the same page as my Jira, Confluence billing page.

This shit isn't really funny ... now I find my own comments from the past while googling trying to find Invoices.!

Has anyone found the invoices for BitBucket in Cloud? I see only plan and billing details, but have no clue where the invoices can be, there are no references.

First of all, to be able to access your Bitbucket Invoices you must be a Technical or Billing Contact.
The Bitbucket invoices can be found at https://my.atlassian.com/billing/paidorders in the invoices List...
Note the invoices do not show the name of the product which means that if you know the billing date or you can find it by the price (if you happen to know).

This only has Confluence and Jira. I don't see BitBucket in here anywhere.

This didn't work for me, so I guess there is more to it to link Atlassian with BitBucket; I am not sure. I have resorted to opened a support ticket.

Reporting back on my support ticket. Apparently, I wasn't the primary contact for BitBucket. So make sure you are the technical contact and/or billing contact. At least what fixed it for me as per support recommendation.

How did you fix that? We can't figure that part out.

For five years, people have been struggling to find their invoices, and Atlassian has failed to provide a real solution to this issue. This level of poor user experience is unacceptable; every month, we’re stuck searching for a link like this! How hard can it be to add a shortcut to the menus of all products? If we’re paying for the service, we obviously need access to invoices, and we use these screens at least 1-2 times a month.

Agreed! Until the Bitbucket billing is brought under the same umbrella as the other Atlassian products, a simple link under "Plans and Billing" from the Bitbucket Workspace Settings page with a link and some helpful information about being a Technical and/or Billing contact etc., would go a long ways to fix all the confusion.

All of us knows this URL https://my.atlassian.com/billing/paidorders because of this thread.
BUT, does anyone know how to navigate to this page from your profile page? It's like all the links goes to a blackhole.
The navigation tree is so complex it couldn't be found.

Atlassian Admin > Under Billing Management select Billing > Locate the specific product you are looking for and click Manage Subscription > Under the Overview menu in the left-hand navigation you can select Billing History to view and download previous invoices

Bitbucket is not in that list!
Atlassian, please get it more simple! People can't find Bitbucket bills.

I was billing and technical contact anyway, but invoice appeared only after adding new billing contact! Thank you for answering, but let people know that it is issue or fix it.
