1) What is the max characters limitations/count while creating new project, project key, repository and branch name.?
2) Is the limitation same during automatic(via API) or manual creation of new project, project key, repository and branch name.? Once we call API for creation branch – what is the real max size?

Just now I did few tests – I got following error by API: The ref name, once fully qualified, is limited to 111 characters.
But this error received even if I sent 109 chars in the name field.
I sent, for example following parameters for create branch (in this example without branch type in the prefix):

I tried with 97 chars – branch is created…
So what is a logic? What is real max size for API (include branch type prefix)?
