We cannot execute the pipeline automation suite from Bitbucket due to a system error related to a runtime upgrade issue. The error message we received is as follows: "Warning: Your runner version is outdated and no longer supported. Please click the warning icon for more details on how to update your runner. "Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve or update the runner ourselves. Could you please assist us in resolving this issue so we can execute the pipeline successfully? Thank you for your help!

We have announced on September 2nd the Pipelines Runner version 3.0.0, which introduces enhanced artifact and cache management. Because of these significant improvements, to maintain full functionality, it’s required to upgrade your runners to version 3.0.0 or above by December 2, 2024.

To update your runners, please refer to the guidelines in our documentation here.

It's necessary to update your runners that are older than v3.0.0 to ensure that your pipeline runners can run stable and continue to use artifacts and cache features.
