verify the eligibility of the Community/Academic license

Hello,

I received an email to verify the eligibility of the Community/Academic license for our organization, when I follow the verification steps, in the Nonprofit name or Registration ID* question I cannot find our organization and when I try to add it it asks me for some evidence that I don't have, could you please guide me through the process?

May I know how you have signed up? If your organisation isn't listed, you will need to submit a formal request through our system first including all of the details of your organisation:
