user trying to login but geeting the error with ASCII

Hi Team,

In our Bitbucket, we have invited the user and user trying to login with user e-mail id or user name, unable to login user in bitbucket and user getting an error as shown in screenshot/image.

Welcome to the Bitbucket Cloud community! :)

As can be seen in the URL, this is a sign-up page for a new account as the user does not already have a Bitbucket Cloud account tied to their email address. Once they have created a new account, they will need to follow the same link again from their email to accept the invitation.

The reason they are receiving that error message is because that username is already taken. Bitbucket Cloud requires unique usernames to be registered, so they will need to pick a different username and try again until they find one that has not already been taken by another user.
