unable to view pull requests

Carl Stewart May 24, 2022

Whenever I try to view a pull request, it will show it while it is trying to retrieve the diff of the commits it includes.  Once that is done, the page refreshes itself, and then the page is blank.

Here is what the console returned to me for errors:

Error: Minified React error #130; visit https://reactjs.org/docs/error-decoder.html?invariant=130&args[]=undefined&args[]= for the full message or use the non-minified dev environment for full errors and additional helpful warnings.

Hello @Carl Stewart ,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community.

This usually happens because of browser cache/extensions that might be impacting the page to load.

If possible, could you please try using a different browser and check if the issue persists? Please make sure to use one of the supported browsers listed in Which browsers does bitbucket support ?

Also, you can try clearing the cache of your current browser or using Incognito mode to check if there's any cache causing the issue here. Another suggestion is to disable the extensions of the browser, if any, and check if the page loads correctly.

Hope that helps! Let me know in case you have any questions.

Thank you, @Carl Stewart .

Kind regards,

Patrik S

I tested in a clean profile with no extensions, and it still was not able to view the pull request once the diff was loaded.  Here's the errors from the console:

This shows it was never a problem with any extensions.

I use waterfox classic 2022.04 as my web browser, which is the latest release.  Please enable the option for the previous version of pull requests so it can work again.

Hello @Carl Stewart ,

I'm afraid that Waterfox Classic is not on the list of officially supported browsers, so you may encounter unexpected bugs if you are using it.

My suggestion, in this case, would be to use one of the supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge) and check if the issue persists. This is because Bitbucket Cloud is tested against those browsers and you should not face the same issue if using the latest version of one of the above.

Thank you, @Carl Stewart .

Kind regards,

Patrik S
