After setting a new atlassian password, I can't log in to bitbucket, and I must go through two-step authentication.
But I just replaced my computer and mobile phone with a new one, so I can’t do two-step verification. How can I get back my bitbucket account?

I checked our logs and I can see that we sent a 2FA recovery verification email to your email address about 7 hours ago.
Can you please confirm if you have received that? Please make sure to also check your Spam folder.
