Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

I checked my ssh key is correct, and there is only one under personal settings.

I have two pc. One is at office and one at home through vpn. 

The one did not work is through vpn, the office one does work. I wonder if it has something to do with vpn.
