I get the below error while doing so .

Any help will be appreciated.

This is what it says it is - your machine cannot connect to the server - there is nothing coming back from it.  Check with the admins that it is running, and that there is a network route to it.

Hi @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- ,

Bitbucket is up and running state only, this is happening one of our stakeholder. Is there any chance  blockage from their network?

If it's only a sub-set of people who are having the problem, then yes, it's their network connection that's the problem, not the server.
