/rest/analytics/1.0/ publish/bulk [c.a.p.r.c.error.jersey.ThrowableExceptionMapper] Uncaught except

Hi Team,

We are getting following error in atlassian-jira.log file present in application-data. We are continuously seeing this error when anyone access dashboard. our jira has become damn slow and all the users are reporting.

There is no such ram cpu or disk issue. But there is a WAF for the request which goes to internet.We are not sure whether our security firewall is causing the issue. We are assuming this particular /rest/analytics/ * request is trying to go outside internnet and our WAF is blocking it ..as we can WAF ip in error log..

We have also disabled Analytics in systeminfo>advanced section. Please help us.

This really made our jira very slow
