The "Apps and Features" section of workspace settings is missing on a single workspace. Is there a setting to turn this on? All other workspaces show it correctly. Thanks.

The reason why you are not seeing the "Apps and Features" is that it is a personal workspace and not a shared workspace. To give a context on this, when a user signs up for a Bitbucket Cloud account, a workspace is automatically created by Bitbucket for this user. This workspace that is automatically created by Bitbucket (and not manually by the user) is considered the user's personal workspace.
New admins can be added to this workspace, but the "APPS AND FEATURES" section of such a workspace will show only to the owner.
We have already raised a feature request to have this addressed:
But while this feature is not available we advise the workaround below:
Create a new workspace > add the required groups > transfer the repositories from the current workspace to the new one.
