A few questions that are unclear from your description:

Have you cloned other repos with SourceTree on your computer?

Can you clone your repo from the command line on your computer?

Yes i have cloned other repo on my computer.

Yes i tried using command line. And it is cloned.

But i want to clone via source tree

Have you tried using the Bitbucket Extended Integration?

In the clone dialog, hit the Globe icon, and you should be able to enter your Bitbucket credentials, then browse and clone your existing repos.
