not able to login in bitbucket because of 2fa authentication

facing difficulty to login in my bitbucket account since it is asking for 2fa code need urgent help since my previous smartphone is dead there not able to login using that i also try to forgot password but till not didn't got any mail regarding that kindly help me with that. Thanks

In cases where you don't have access to the 2FA code anymore (e.g changed/lost the smartphone), you can request the recovery e-mail through the login screen.

When prompted for the Two Step Verification codes, you will need to click on “Forgot code” > Send recovery e-mail.

You will receive an email confirming that the recovery process has been initiated. You must wait 24 hours to receive the email with a one-time recovery link to log in to your Bitbucket Cloud profile.

Checking our internal logs, I see you requested the 2FA reset yesterday and the recovery email containing the link to log in and reset the 2FA was already sent to your mailbox.

Could you confirm if you were able to get back into the account using the reset link?
