not able to invite User

I am trying to invite below user to my Repository. But I couldn't do it. But the user account is active and able to create and play in the bitbucket.

 

 

What could be the issue?

Could you share a screenshot of the error you are receiving when trying to invite the user ? 

With the screenshot, we should be able to get more context of the issue and help you identify what could be the issue.

Hello @Gayathri_J ,

If the user is not yet a member of the workspace, you will need to provide the user's email address in that field, so they will get the invitation.

Could you try using the email address and let us know if it works?

Hello @Gayathri_J ,

Thanks for sharing the workspace.

Since your workspace was created recently, it's already managed through the AdminHub portal, under your organization.

In order for the user to be listed in the repository permissions, you'll first need to grant the user access to the Bitbucket Cloud product following the below instructions : 

Can you follow the instructions on that page, and once the user is assigned a role in the product, try to add the repository permission again?
