When I login to Bitbucket with Safari on an ipad pro, I don’t see the profile icon left under in the screen, so I cannot connect to my workspace. I have to enter the workspace name in the url and then, I can see the icon again, when I wipe the page upwards.
I'm afraid this is a bug with Bitbucket Cloud on Safari browser in iPad. We have a bug report for this in our issue tracker:

In the meantime, my suggestion would be to use a different supported browser when you use an iPad.
