new account already exists but not created by me and can't reset password

Hi 

I've added a new member of staff to a repo Si..e@fel...oup.com 

1 - he did not get the invite email 

2 - when he went to bitbucket to signup a new account it said your email already exists (this is a new email we created on our domain)

3 - When he elected to reset password, he didn't get any reset email 

4 - other emails are getting to his account

I have also faced same problem mycoles. Still doesn't get solution.
