netlify builds are failing on public repository

Hello Team, 

We have one of the repository which is public and we are using netlify for site deployments.

But since we have IP restrictions enabled on bitbucket all the build pulls are failing with ip whitelisting error. Could you please check the behavior? IP restrictions should be only restricted to private repos and any public repos that we have should not have private repos. 

Any workaround?
