missing repos

For some reason I dont see my repositories anymore when I login to Bitbucket.

In Chrome I get "

No repositories

You don't have access to any recently updated repositories."

In Edge: I see message"

Something went wrong...

While we check things on our end, contact support if the problem persists."

And I see no projects - could it be a reason by repos are not displayed?

Any help appreciated!

Hi @vba66a,

I see in our system that your account has access to several workspaces. Can you please try the following:

  • Log in to https://bitbucket.org/ using Chrome (where you don't face errors)
  • After you log in, select your avatar (top right corner) > select All workspaces

You will see a list of all workspaces your account has access to.

Select a certain workspace, and then select Repositories from the menu at the top.

Are you able to find the repos in each workspace after following these steps?

With regards to the error in Edge, do you have the latest version of Edge on your computer? Is the issue reproducible if in a Private window of Edge, with all add-ons disabled?

Kind regards,
Theodora

It seems issue was fixed. Now I can see my repos.

Yes, I used steps above: click on avatar > select All workspaces > select workspace > select Repositories - and got either empty list or error.

And I used latest Edge (it is set to update automatically).

Anyway, now it works.

Thanks for reply!

Thank you for the update, it's good to hear that the issue was resolved.

Please feel free to reach out if you ever need anything else!

on project page /[workspace_name]/workspace/projects/ I see the same
