manage apps page taking too much time to listing installed plug-ins information in bitbucket

After Bitbucket upgrade from v4.14 to 5.15.3, manage apps page taking too much time to list existing plug-in information. In old bitbucket (4.14), it renders the plug-in information very quickly.

/rest/plugins/1.0/installed-marketplace?updates=true&_=1553771246619 is taking approx 5 minutes to get data


Please advise.
