My bitbucket account is locked and I'm unable to receive any recovery emails. I have a recovery key but unable to use it.
I enabled the two factor authentication for the bitbucket, but deleted the entry in the authenticator application. I lost the recovery codes as well.
Please help me recover my account
Hi, @Phani!
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
I reviewed your request and, checking your account, I confirmed that you requested the two-step verification recovery by selecting the “Forgot code?" option. Then, after 24 hours, Bitbucket sent you the two-step verification recovery email. So, could you confirm if you received any error messages when accessing the link on this email?
In any case, I went ahead and sent you a new two-step verification recovery email, could you confirm if you received it and test accessing the link on this email? This should allow you to access your Bitbucket account without the 2sv.
Please let me know how it goes and don't hesitate to ask for any further information if needed.
Kind regards,
Caroline
Thank you Caroline.
Is it possible that you could send me the code again. My organization was blocking the account recovery emails and hence I did not receive any till now.
The restriction is removed now and I am able to receive the acknowledgement emails when I request for email recovery. Should I wait for the next set of instructions or will you be able to resend the codes again?

Hi, @Phani!
Sure, no problem! I sent you a new recovery email, could you confirm if you received it and were able to access your account?
Kind regards,
Caroline
