In smart mirroring how the primary data is transferred to the mirror which technology is used to transfer the data.

As I have to transfer my cloud data to the smart mirror so how will I do that?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The tech underlying smart mirroring is irrelevant to the end user.  Why do you think you want to know what the tech is?  

To transfer your data to the smart mirror, you just transfer your data to your Bitbucket.  The mirror will then do its job of mirroring it.  For a transfer, you don't care whether the target is a mirror or the primary server
