i have bitbucket account with email
but i can not receive reset link to my email i try from another email it is arrived only from atlassian not received to my email

I have checked and can see the email you've raised this community post using is not on our internal suppression list and should be able to receive emails.
Can you please share a screenshot of the reset screen you're seeing?
Please note, if this is for an email account you no longer have access to - unfortunately, we will not be able to help you recover this.
