how to resolve request canceled (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

I continue to get this error when trying to upload new code to my website: request canceled (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

It has only been happening recently, but I don't know how to fix it. Desperately need a solution, as we have no other way of updating our website. Thanks!

Hey @Elizabeth Cornell

Welcome to the community.

May I know where you received the error message? Is it on the Bitbucket UI or terminal?

Nevertheless, the error messages indicate that the connection timeout when waiting for headers respond, so have you tried accessing it from an external network with/without VPN or mobile Hotspot to verify that it's not a local connection issue?

Cheers,
Syahrul
