I am trying to deploy my webapp in s3 bucket using pipeline... how can i include in the script the command to bucket my existing files in s3 then remove it before deploying the latest data..
@Gilbert Bencito hi. Thanks for your question. Try this example if you want to clear your s3 bucket before upload.
script: - pipe: atlassian/aws-s3-deploy:1.1.0 variables:
S3_BUCKET: 'my-bucket-name'
LOCAL_PATH: 'build'
EXTRA_ARGS: "--delete"
Under the hood pipe use `aws sync` command:--delete
(boolean) Files that exist in the destination but not in the source are deleted during sync.
Regards, Igor
Thanks a lot for your suggestion. May i Know how can i backup the data before clearing it?
