Hi Satish Kumar and welcome to the community!

If there are other users working on this repository, they may have the deleted commits in a clone of the repo on their computer. It may be faster to ask them if that is the case, and if so, ask them to push the deleted commits back to the repo.

If this is not possible, you may be able to restore the commits from the git reflog in a clone of the repo. You can check the following knowledge base article for more details:

Could you also please let me know if this issue occurs with a Bitbucket Cloud repo or a Bitbucket Data Center one? I see that your question has the tag 'bitbucket-cloud', however, your Bitbucket Cloud account does not have access to any repositories.

If you are unsure which product you use, the URL of a Bitbucket Cloud repo on your browser starts with https://bitbucket.org/, while Bitbucket Data Center repos have a different custom URL.

If the issue concerns a Bitbucket Cloud repo and the solutions above do not work, the support team may be able to recover a backup of the repo, as long as the commits were deleted during the last 7 days. The ticket will need to be created using an email that has access to the repo. If you have access to a workspace on a paid billing plan, you can create a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Technical issues and bugs" and then Bitbucket Cloud as product. When you are asked to provide the workspace URL, please make sure you enter the URL of the workspace that is on a paid billing plan to proceed with ticket creation.

If you are on the Free plan, the solutions above do not work, and the commits were deleted during the last 7 days, I can create the ticket for you, but I need to do it using an email address that has access to the repo. If you log in to https://community.atlassian.com/ with an email address that has access to the affected repo and leave a reply here, I can create the ticket for you.

If you use Bitbucket Data Center instead, then the repositories are hosted on your own or your company's servers. Atlassian support does not have access to your own servers in order to recover your commits. However, if you have an active license, you can still contact the support team via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ for guidance on how to restore these commits.

Kind regards,
Theodora
