Hello @amihud pery
Just adding to @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ response, I see the workspace you are referring to is a Personal workspace that is indeed attached to a private email.
Back in the day, when a Bitbucket account was created, bitbucket would also automatically create a Personal workspace attached to that account. This is not the case anymore, and workspaces are no longer automatically created for users. They need to be manually created and are not attached to an account anymore (see Difference between shared and personal workspaces).
While there's no feature to convert a personal workspace into a shared workspace, you have the option to create a new workspace and Transfer the repositories to this new shared workspace. This new workspace will be owned by any user that is part of the Administrator group or added as a Technical/Billing contact at https://my.atlassian.com .
With regard to the plan subscription, after transferring the repositories to the new workspace, you will need to downgrade the old personal workspace to Free and upgrade the new workspace to the desired plan.
Hope that helps to clarify your questions! If you have any follow-up questions, please let me know.
Thank you, @amihud pery !
