hi all i would like to know how i enable/install php onto bitbucket????
You don't. Bitbucket is not a web server or a web application server, it is a source control application. None of it is written in php, so there's no need for it
Could you explain maybe why you think you want to add php support?
i'm trying to get this on-air script for my website

I have no idea who Ray is (I know a few people called Ray, one runs a pub, one is a close friend's mother, one works in a local pharmacy. None of them know more than I do about Bitbucket)
Could you please explain
1) What you are trying to achieve (not the tech side, just tell us what the end result should be)
2) Why you think "installing php in bitbucket" will help with point 1.

Because I absolutely hate paying for a server that's why I'm using bitbucket plus it's easy to upload via cmd

That's basically a terrible idea. The software is for doing source control, it is not a web server.
