downloading files from pull request

I would like to know options of accessing pull request of other users of same repo.

a) User is away /separate fork branch is maintained.

b) I want to add few additional changes for the project on top of current base, I have to create my own fork repo

c) download base code (cherry-pick) / download same files from pull request .
- There is no option available in bitbucket to update files b/w two different fork repo.
