customize pull request descriptions template with git commits

Hello,

We are using Bitbucket v7.17.

Presently, we're using the commit history as the default description to generate all the commits in the pull request description.
Our need is that we'd like to be able to list commits as before but with extra options. 
I can't find any example in the document of custom description template.

Could anyone help for it?

Long requested feature (at least 3 years), but Atlassian doesn't care about its "community".

They don't even bother to answer this topic:
