Hi @shubh and welcome to the community.

If the remote branch was deleted on Bitbucket Cloud website, as Hana mentioned, one of your developers may have it in their local clone, and they can push it again to Bitbucket.

If a local branch was deleted in a clone of the repo and the branch exists on Bitbucket, it can be pulled locally.

If a local branch was deleted before it was pushed to Bitbucket, you may be able to restore it from the git reflog or dangling commits, you can check the following KB for more details:
