What do you mean by "client api"?

Bitbucket has a REST interface that you can talk to with any language you care to code in (as long as it can talk over a REST connection).  Is that what you mean?

What do you mean by "implementation"?  There is a REST interface there, you connect to it with whatever you want.

My best guess is that you mean "a client that talks to it over REST" -in which case, have a look in the marketplace for apps that are bitbucket clients
